Why UK employers choose us

A recruitment firm that does the work.

We built the firm around what serious UK employers were missing from mainstream recruitment: sector fluency, credential rigour, and a single accountable consultant on every brief from intake through onboarding follow-up.

I. Sector fluency

We know the discipline before you brief us

Our consultants recruit inside the practice they serve. Finance, legal, HR, sales, marketing, IT, operations, engineering. You spend intake describing the role, not our education.

II. Credential rigour

Every qualification verified before shortlist

Professional bodies, right-to-work status, education parity, membership standing. No CV leaves our desk until the paperwork is checked against the issuing body.

III. Ranked shortlists

Three to five candidates, with our notes

Not a stack of unfiltered CVs. Three to five candidates ranked, with written notes on each, current package and notice period documented before introduction.

IV. One consultant end to end

No hand-offs, no reassignments

The consultant who takes the brief runs the search, lands the hire and follows up at day 30 and day 90. Nobody hides behind a shared inbox or an account layer.

V. Honest advice on package

Market-realistic bands, not aspirational

If a package band is light for the discipline and seniority, we say so before we start the search. Better a difficult intake conversation than a fifteen-week wasted search.

VI. Replacement guarantee

We stand behind every placement

If a hire leaves inside the guarantee window for reasons that trace back to the search, we replace them at no extra fee. No clawback games, no argument.

How an engagement runs

Four steps from brief to landed hire.

01

Intake brief

Role, scope, package range, timeline and credential bar agreed in one call. Consultant is already sector-fluent.

02

Considered search

Active network plus discreet approach to passive candidates. Client identity withheld until you release it.

03

Ranked shortlist

Three to five candidates, credential-checked, notice-period confirmed, our written notes on each, ranked.

04

Offer & land

Interview coordination, offer structuring, counter-offer support, onboarding follow-up at day 30 and 90.

Depth of focus inside each practice is what makes our shortlists arrive faster and better matched than a generalist firm can manage.
